By accessing our website, creating an enterprise account, or utilizing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Enterprise Services

Hi e-learning provides corporate cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure, off-the-shelf compliance and professional training catalogs (AML/MASAK, GDPR/KVKK, Information Security, OHS, etc.), custom e-learning content production, SCORM integration suites, performance management systems, and employee ethics/whistleblower solutions. Detailed service parameters, access rights, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are governed by specific commercial agreements entered into with corporate clients.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & License Restrictions

2.1. Ownership: All copyrights, trademarks, software codes, designs, video productions, animations, SCORM modules, and educational materials provided through the Services are the exclusive property of Hi e-learning or its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
2.2. Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or sublicense any part of the software platform, course content, or proprietary media without prior written consent from Hi e-learning.
2.3. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Services strictly for authorized corporate training purposes, and you shall not attempt to breach security controls, introduce malicious code, or disrupt server operations.

3. User Accounts and Corporate Security

Authorized enterprise learners and administrators are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and account tokens. You agree to notify Hi e-learning immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use or security vulnerability related to your account.

5. Availability, Modifications and Limitation of Liability
