Learning Content
An employment relationship is governed by many rules from the day a contract is signed until it ends. Choosing the wrong contract type, a termination without documented grounds or an incorrectly calculated payment can lead to reinstatement claims, compensation and administrative fines.
This course covers, in six modules, the topics that come up most often in working life under Turkish Labour Law No. 4857 and related legislation: types of employment contract, termination and job security, severance and notice pay, subcontracting, transfer of undertakings and trade union rights. Case studies and sample calculations make the rules concrete.
Who is it for? Managers, HR and payroll teams, team leaders and employees involved in hiring, performance, termination or subcontractor processes in Türkiye.
Language: The course is delivered in Turkish and is based on Turkish legislation.
